3. The manufacturer must have testing facilities in the factory premises as per the standard requirement.
4. BIS will conduct the Preliminary Inspection in the factory to verify the manufacturing and testing facilities also seal the samples for testing in BIS BIS-recognised lab. 
5. BIS will issue the license/Certificate on the basis of the test and Inspection report.
