This standard covers the requirements and tests for offset burner type oil pressure stoves, intended for domestic and commercial use, burning pressurized kerosene oil under a normal working pressure of 100 kN/m2to 200 kN/m2 (1 kgf/cm2 to 2 kgf/cm2).

As per the this Quality control order, allthe manufacturers of Oil Pressure Stove, Offset Burner Type are obligated to obtain ISI Mark Certification.

- For the same purpose, investments in testing facilities are required to install test equipment for internal factory test laboratories.
