• Under section 14 of Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986), the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department for Industrial Policy and Promotion (LR section) after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards has issued the Pneumatic Tyres and Tubes for Automotive Vehicles (Quality control) order, 2009.
