BIS CERTIFICATION OF DOOR HANDLES IS 208

1.   Introduction to Indian Standard IS 208; Door Handles

·       IS 208 cover Door Handles. This standard specifies the manufacturing, chemical and physical requirements and testing of Door Handles.

·       Raw material shall confirm following Table –

·       IS 208 specifies the quality parameters or characteristics of the Door Handles  as follows

·       As per the Quality control order, all the manufacturers of Door Handles are obligated to obtain ISI Mark Certification.
